Managed by a major business process outsourcing firm overseeing the mailroom and additional building services, these lockers are tied into a widely-used mailroom software for audit trails, notifications, and other functionalities.
For package and parcel pickups, users receive a QR code via email. Scanning this code or presenting their employee badge opens the locker. Retrieving IT equipment follows the same procedure. To return IT equipment, users press the “Return” button, select an appropriately sized locker, which then automatically opens. IT is notified instantly upon equipment deposit, and staff can retrieve the items using their badge. Personal locker access requires selecting an assigned locker and then presenting their badge.
